Dafne Ramos

Dafne Ramos is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property matters, Innovation, copyrights, fashion law, advertising law, unfair competition and consumer law. She has developed her career working in Public Institutions and Intellectual Property Law Firms.  She is partner at the Law Firm of Allende & Garcia.

Graduated lawyer from San Marcos University. Postgraduate course in patents. Master in Business Administration from UPC University and EOI Business College from Spain. Dafne is Member of the Peruvian Intellectual Property and Copyright Association (APPI), International Trademark Association (INTA), and of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). As member of these Associations, she is member of the INTA Right of Publicity Committee. Dafne is Adjunct Professor of Law course in Communications at UPC University and Visiting Professor of Cultural Management Course and Theatre Production at the Catholic University.
