Aakriti Vadehra

 Aakriti Vadehra is an Advocate, Patent and Trademark Attorney, and a Managing Associate at Kan and Krishme. 

Aakriti is an integral part of Kan and Krishme’s Copyright, Advertising and Marketing Law Department. She counsels international clients on influencer marketing, native advertising, comparative advertising, bait advertising, puffery, surrogate advertising, advertisements targeted at children, celebrity and expert endorsements, etc. She also regularly reviews influencer policies, social media campaigns, websites, apps and privacy policies of multinational companies to ensure compliance with relevant Indian laws. Being the youngest member of the Firm, her speciality lies in influencer marketing and advertisements targeted at children. 

Further, being an electronics and communications engineer, Aakriti is skilled at patent drafting and prosecution, as well as trademark prosecution. 

Aakriti is a member of international organizations such as APAA, AIPPI and FICPI, and can be approached during such conferences, in addition to a GALA event.
