Duncan Grehan & Partners is a full service small and experienced commercial law firm established in 1984. The team are experienced in national and international court work and dispute resolution on behalf of both complainants and defendants. We are engaged daily on challenging jurisdiction and developing procedural and evidential strategies.

The firm provides its large international client base with advice in our wide range of practice areas to include commercial litigation, insurance defence litigation, company formations and structuring, enforcement of foreign judgements, real estate transactions, administration of estates, intellectual property and of course advertising law.

We correspond daily in the German language. We are recommended and have close working relationships with the Embassies of many countries and, in particular, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and Belgium. We work closely with each of the trade representations of those countries. For many years we have had close contact with the United Kingdom and in the cities and towns throughout all of these countries we have developed local law firm contacts.

Duncan and his colleague Conor Griffin provide advice on transactional and contentious aspects of all legal and regulatory issues concerning advertising and marketing, sales promotions, lotteries and competitions, product labelling requirements, distance sales, comparative advertising and media law issues. The firm has for many years acted in transactional and contentious areas for world brand advertisers and marketers and their agents.
