Catherine is a Partner at BHB and a member of the GALA Corporate Steering Committee.

Catherine advises French and international clients on corporate law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate structuring. She helps them grow and transform their businesses in an increasingly complex and competitive environment, adopting a pragmatic and agile approach tailored to their objectives.

She supports companies, founders and investors at all stages of their development, including fundraising, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, strategic partnerships and exit transactions, with a tailor-made approach that takes into account both their operational needs and the legal issues specific to their business. Catherine has strong experience in drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, investment documentation and cross-border commercial contracts.

Fluent in English and French, and holding dual American and Belgian nationality, Catherine brings an international perspective to her practice, with a focus on cross-border transactions and long-term client objectives.
