Mark heads our dispute resolution practice group.  He has been helping our creative clients to resolve their disputes for more than 20 years. His work as a disputes practitioner has been recognised consistently in the legal directories and he is ranked in Chambers & Partners as a “notable practitioner” for commercial disputes (2019-2022).  Much of Mark’s practice involves disputes with a cross-border element and he has extensive experience of international and domestic litigation, including at appellate level. He is a strong advocate of ADR and is a CEDR qualified mediator.
